I finally found who to contact on my insurance, and they called Girling on Friday, to switch me over. Girling told them, they no longer had any workers available. Their worker was volunteering her time to help me get the insurance company to fax Girling. They lied to the insurance worker, they lied to me, they lied to their employee. The woman's name is Angie who lied to me. Any company that lies to their customer, their workers, and the insurance company, is not really out to do good business.

A special shout out to Marina Altom who was so efficient and adamant about a challenging situation that, I will say, she saved my husband’s life. The Physical Therapist that came was amazing as well, and very flexible and accommodating to fit our schedule and needs. Even the follow up calls with Ms. Dube and Ms. Marie Prinston were calming, compassionate and caring.
